These terms govern use of Seedance2Video for ecommerce AI image generation, video generation workflows, subscriptions, credits, uploads, and outputs.
Service
Seedance2Video provides AI-assisted workflows for prompt writing, image generation, image-to-video planning, text-to-video planning, subscriptions, credits, and ecommerce creative production.
Seedance2Video is independent and is not affiliated with ByteDance. References to Seedance describe compatibility and workflow focus; trademarks belong to their respective owners.
User responsibility
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded images, product claims, brand names, generated outputs, advertising usage, and compliance with laws, intellectual property rights, marketplace rules, and ad platform policies.
Do not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, or privacy-invasive content. We may reject, limit, remove, or report content that creates legal, safety, platform, or payment risk.
Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans may renew automatically through Dodo Payments, PayPal, or other payment providers shown at checkout. Credits may be consumed by previews, image generation, video jobs, failed retries, and other generation actions described in the product.
Prices, credit amounts, model availability, generation speed, output quality, and usage limits may change as model providers and infrastructure costs change. We will try to communicate material changes clearly.
Outputs
Generated content may be similar to outputs created for other users because AI models learn from broad patterns. You should review outputs before commercial use and should not assume outputs are legally cleared for every platform or territory.
The service may be unavailable, delayed, or degraded during provider outages, maintenance, traffic spikes, or abuse-prevention events.
