Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds, subscription cancellations, failed generation jobs, and used credits are handled.

Digital generation service

Seedance2Video sells access to digital AI generation workflows and monthly credits. Once credits are used for prompts, images, video jobs, retries, or exports, they are generally not refundable except where required by law.

If a generation job fails because of a platform error and no usable result is returned, credits should be restored automatically or reviewed by support.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew through the payment provider shown at checkout. You can cancel future renewals from your account or through support where available.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on usage, timing, failed jobs, abuse signals, chargeback history, payment-provider rules, and applicable consumer law.

Abuse and disputes

We may deny refunds or withhold credits for fraud, policy violations, excessive failed-payment activity, chargeback abuse, or attempts to create prohibited content.
