Information we collect

Seedance2Video collects account details, email addresses, authentication events, prompts, uploaded product images, generation settings, generated outputs, credit usage, subscription events, and support messages needed to operate the service.

Payment card and wallet details are processed by third-party payment providers such as Dodo Payments and PayPal. We receive payment status, plan, invoice, subscription, and fraud-prevention metadata, not full card numbers.

How we use data

We use data to provide AI image and video workflows, maintain generation history, manage subscriptions and credits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failed jobs, improve product reliability, and send service notices.

Uploaded product media and generated assets may be processed by model providers and infrastructure vendors strictly to provide the requested workflow. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or rights-restricted material unless you have permission.

Retention and security

We keep account, billing, generation, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Users may request deletion where applicable.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials private.

International processing

The service is available globally, so account, upload, generation, and billing data may be processed in countries different from where you live. By using the service, you consent to this processing where permitted by law.
